Fremont Maritime's India Tango
Marine Fire Training Program

Fire presents a grave threat to mariners. YOU are the fire department. You have the WILL, now get the SKILL.

Basic Firefighting is one of the elements of Basic Safety Training. Advanced Firefighting is a prerequisite for most Deck and Engeineering Officer licenses.

The India Tango Marine Fire Training program is one of the most respected in the world. It is the only civillian school trusted by the U.S. Navy to teach Navy firefighting curricula to active duty military personnel. The U.S. Coast Guard has used India Tango to train Marine Inspection Office personnel from across the United States. Many U.S.-flag vessel operators entrust India Tango to prepare their crews to prevent, combat, and extinguish fire aboard their ships.
