Towing Vessel Safety
Working together with major towing vessel operators, Fremont Maritime has developed
a series of programs designed to help crews run their vessels more safely,
and comply with Responsible Carrier and HAZWOPER training requirements. Some of these programs have also been approved by the Coast Guard as meeting BST currency requirements for MMD and license renewal.
While any of Fremont Maritime's open-enrollment programs are available to towboat
personnel, we also have the ability to offer a number of programs specifically
