Q3 Marine Training
The first STCW Fast Rescue Boat training program based in Puget Sound.
Pacific Maritime Institute
The largest and most modern simulator and license prepation program on the West Coast. Fremont Maritime is PMI's school of choice for Basic Safety Training and Basic and Advanced Firefighting.
McMillan Offshore Training
A pioneer in the training of offhore oil workers and vessel crews. Since the mid 1970's McMillan Offshore has trained over 70,000 personnel and have built an international reputation as a leader in safety education and survival training methods. Fremont Maritime works with McMillan to faciltiate Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) classes in the Pacific Northwest.
Safe Hearing America
Many of Fremont Maritime's clients are required by OSHA to maintain a Hearing Conservation Program. Safe Hearing America is an excellent provider not only of on-site hearing testing, but follow-through record keeping, STS reporting, OSHA reports, and Hearing Data Listing. Safe Hearing America also assists many of our customers with background noise surveys, and custom-fitted hearing protection for their employees. Safe Hearing America keeps a mobile testing vehicle based at Fremont Maritime's Seattle facility.
Seafire Training
Principal Capt. John Lewis literally wrote the book on Marine Firefighting and Marine Firefighting for Land-Bases Firefighters. Also provides courses in Hazardous Materials Emergency Response, Rope Rescue, Confined
Space Entry and Rescue, Industrial and Marine Fire Fighting.Fremont Maritime is proud of our association with this fine institution north of the border.
YMTA
YMTA promotes and support elementary, middle and high school programs
and associated youth organizations in Washington State that provide maritime
education, training and experiences for students. Fremont Maritime's President, Capt. Jon Kjaerulff, was a founding member of YMTA.

Crawford Nautical School
Crawford Nautical School trains mariners from all areas of sea-going life -- deep sea, coastal and inland waters; Masters, Mates, Pilots and Engineers. They specialize in Licenses for Deck and Engine personnel: Master 100 to Master Unlimited, QMED to Chief Engineer. They also offer STCW courses, Radar Endorsements & Renewals, FCC Radio License and Flashing Light Exams.
Flagship Marine Training
Located in Fife, Washington, Flagship offers classes leading to certifications as Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels and 100-ton Master.
Seattle Maritime Academy
Seattle Maritime Academy (SMA) is Washington State's maritime school. SMA provides vocational education, technical training and licensure preparation, including entry-level Able Seaman (AB) and Qualified Member of the Engine Department (QMED) programs.
